Adventure Cycling Thailand would like to invite you to join what we call “Epic Journeys” that take cyclists throughout the five regions of Thailand – Northern, Central, Southern, Northeastern, and Eastern Seaboard.
- Tour de Thailand Charity Rides are the events that got A.C.T. started in the bicycle touring business and focused on like-minded people who wanted to see Thailand by bicycle, help others in need, push themselves to achieve fundraising goals, and share the natural endorphin high from riding somewhat lengthy distances each day. The TdeT Charity Rides are fully supported rides from hotel to hotel with an average of 100 km per day (usually ranging from 70 km – 120 km each riding day) of cycling but meant to be somewhat challenging to bring a bit more meaning to the rider’s raising of funds and awareness for an assortment of life-changing charity organizations that help those in need here in Thailand and other areas in the region.
- Tour de Thailand Bicycle Adventures are for those that want to have a more relaxed cycling holiday and still see the different regions of Thailand, while biking shorter distances, visiting more tourist/sightseeing destinations, and adding other activities like hiking, snorkeling, boating, kayaking, etc. These tours will still follow the TdeT routes with some slight changes here and there as well as using support vehicles periodically.
- Tour de Laos Bicycle Adventures are great introductions to the highlights of cycling in Laos and using other methods of transportation to smooth out some of the more challenging aspects of this incredibly laid-back and minimally populated Southeast Asian gem of a country. In addition to being fully supported bicycle adventures, we will enjoy train and boat travel as well.
- Create Your Own is the opportunity for potential customers to consult with A.C.T. and build their own Epic Journey through Thailand or Laos. This can be a great option for charitable organizations that want to organize a charity ride in Thailand and/or Laos, for corporations that want to develop a team building event, for schools and universities, for cycling clubs, or even for families or small groups of cyclists that want to customize their own rides.
