When making a booking we usually “pencil in” or “make a mental note of” the dates the potential customer is inquiring about so that if any other bookings come in we can try to let the potential customer know that they need to make a decision or that date may no longer be available.

Once the customer has decided on the dates and the tours they want to participate in we will ask for a 50% Deposit to confirm and hold the dates
